“ I absolutely recommend Baltimore Coffee and Tea. Not only do they serve top-notch whole bean and fresh-ground coffee, but their sandwiches, soups, and treats are delicious as well, and their service is amazing ! I am especially appreciative of their gluten-free bagels and occasional gluten-free treats! Hat's off to the staff and company for such an excellent coffee shop that has served the public since 1895!!! ”
“ This is a nice eatery for a quick breakfast or lunch. I’ve been coming for years and the food and service are consistent. My favorite sandwich is the Eastern Shore on a croissant but I won’t share my favorite drink (I dread when they are out of the home packets), so stop by and discover your favorite. The dining area and bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. ”
“ What a treat to enter a coffee shop and see a PLETHORA of bean options. There were burlap sacks filled and stacked for a mile, a very pleasant couple of clerks. One in particular who remained patient and helpful as we ask for recommendations based on the coffee we drink at home. We went at a very SLOW time so they were happy to make custom bean choice, single cups of drip coffee for us. There is a wall lined with Tea as well. The food was tasty, fresh and I had half a mind to ask if they made the bagels there but we had pestered them enough for the day! Love this place and can’t wait to add it to our Sunday Rounds! ”
“ Every time I come in (last 4 days or so) I’ve been met with a lovely experience. The person I keep seeing at the register, cannot remember their name but leaves a lasting impression on me. We both wear glasses, that’s already a common point. Great conversation, bonded over thrift finds and general sense. That’s the kind of experience I want when I go out for my morning social interaction and the reason I keep coming back. Give them a raise!! I appreciate their honesty. Now to the coffee; I get 24oz Cafe Mocha iced and truthfully the best coffee I’ve had in a bit. I don’t normally enjoy the aftertaste of coffee but every sip is divine. I say that I don’t go to Starbucks bc their coffee even with a lot of chocolate still tastes like coffee and not enjoyable for me. I don’t have that problem here. I mix in my RYZE mushroom coffee powder and with its mocha notes it compliments the coffee even further it’s so good Staff are lovely to speak to, kind and bright energy. We’re up with the sun, I appreciate the loftiness. I’m pet sitting currently so that’s why I’m here now. Next time I’m here I’m excited to make my way back again to y’all thanks for a wonderful morning interaction with delicious treats ”

“ My wife enjoys their coffee. One of her favorite reasons to come here is the free cup of coffee when she buys a pound of beans. They have many delicious flavors to choose from. I am a tea drinker, and their tea selection is quite large. There is absolutely a flavor for everyone here. They carry tea bags and loose leaf tea. This storefront is spacious with seating included. The staff has been super helpful when I have been there. ”
“ Nestled in a cute shopping center, this little gem is a great stop for a quick bite and a tasty coffee. They feature patio and indoor seating. It's bigger than it looks and has walls lined with a mind-numbing amount of choices in coffee and tea for purchase (yes, even k-cup compatible ones). They feature a menu of sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, also a small amount of salads, and there are gluten free bread options. The service was quick and friendly; and the atmosphere is cozy. This is my new favorite in Annapolis. ”
“ Baltimore Coffee and Tea Co is a great place for Tea since I don't drink coffee. My sister loves the coffee. The food is excellent and usually the service is second to none but I have experienced one person who was a bit out of "the good customer service mood". The most memorable experience I had with them was the day I walked in and needed a tray of assorted pastries and an assortment of bottle water and OJ's. It was all done within minutes and the manager allowed me walk through the establishment as they carried everything to my car in the back of the building. She was also kind enough to provide a container to carry the water and OJ. It was all done with a smile and the greatest customer service display. I frequent there often for the Salmon Cream Cheese bagel. Great food with quick service! ”
